Barcode Store's Return PolicyBarcode Store understands that sometimes products do not fit the needs of our customers for one reason or another. Therefore, when returning products, we ask that you follow the steps outlined below:Resaleable Condition | Restocking Fees Before You Return Products
Most product problems can be resolved with a phone call to tech support. Tech support phone numbers and
contact information can be found in the documentation included with the product. If tech support does not resolve
the problem, a product exchange may be the solution. Call a HALLoGRAM Customer Service Representative
at (303) 340-3404 who will help you find a product that will better suit your needs. In the event tech support or an
exchange will not correct the problem, you need to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
30-day - for most software products 15-day - for most hardware products Overnight Shipping is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. All returned products are subject to a restocking fee. (see below under Restocking Fees) Have your invoice number available, (located on the top right corner). Call a Barcode Store Customer Service Representative to receive your RMA number. No Returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number!
