1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you cannot be held liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges on your credit card.
2. If unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of a purchase you made from Barcode Store's Site, notify the credit card company according to their reporting rules and procedures.
3. If, through no fault of your own, your credit card company determines the fraudulent charges are a result of your online purchase with Barcode Store, and they hold you liable for up to $50 of the unauthorized charges, contact us with your name, daytime phone number, billing address, copy of the credit card statement with the fraudulent charges circled, and proof of your credit card company's determination and liability fee.
